How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an Express Shipping option at checkout which delivers within 1-2 working days for orders placed before 2pm.
What is your return policy for running shoes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that shoes worn for outdoor runs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer expert gait analysis?
Yes, we provide professional gait analysis in our physical stores to help you find the perfect pair of running shoes based on your running style and foot strike.
