Clif Shot Bloks are simple to handle, easy to chew electrolyte sweets that add a great bit of variety to the usual bar and gel based energy products. They're also now even easier to use thanks to the new Fastpak packaging, just squeeze a blok straight from the pack into your mouth. Shot Bloks are gelatine free so suitable for vegetarians.

Each pack contains 6 bloks and the suggested usage is to eat 3 bloks (1 serving) every hour during  exercise.
