Tech & Features:

• The full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate has a higher angle than the Vaporfly 3 and is combined with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day.
• ZoomX, Nike's most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy, feathery feel.
• The engineered mesh helps reduce the weight of the shoe while providing a more consistent fit.  And more weight has been saved by reducing the size of the heel and tongue.
• The midsole bulges at the heel to help reduce weight on the inside of the foot to give you a more stable ride.  Nike reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared with the Vaporfly 3.
